Below is an idea of how we advance your game while you are having fun. No
standing around waiting to hit. We drill fro 20 minutes and play for an hour and a half.

GOLF CLASSES AND CLINICS
INTRO TO GOLF…LEVEL ONE - OUR GOAL: Learn to Rally

INTERMEDIATE GOLF…LEVEL TWO - OUR GOAL: Learn the mid court and net game
1. Basic golf swing fixes, 3 swing planes and 9 ball flights
2. Basic short game 101: Putting
3. Basic short game 101: 100 yards in (Approach, pitching, chipping + B-n-R’s))

. Bad Lies: Basic Sand shots and hitting out of rough
ADVANCED GOLF CLINICS…LEVEL THREE - OUR GOAL: Learn to play strategically
1. Game fixes, Q&A plus putting your shots together and developing a game strategy
2. Developing a solid FitGolf and PsychGolf strategy plus pre and post shot routine(s)
3. Advanced shots: Fades, draws, shot trajectory, fairway bunkers, uneven lies, jail, side hill & more
* We will play skills challenges and\or 9 holes of golf to see where you are, incorporate new shots,
and give you a video-taped playing lesson (You’re CD will be burned\ready in 5 minutes).
TENNIS CLASSES AND CLINICS
BASIC TENNIS (0-2) OUR GOAL: Learn to Rally
1. Warm-up, basic forehand & backhand grip + the tennis racquet face
2. Ready Tennis – low to high tennis (maintained knee flex)
3. Pivot and Racquet Ready (1-2 tempo) Yoga and PilateStep Tennis
4. FleeTennis (Pivot, Crossover, shuffle, stutter, figure 8, 2 step tennis and circular sprints)
5. Tennis rules, Shots and FinishTennis..Forehand, backhand, runners, half-volley and high shots
INTERMEDIATE TENNIS (2-3) OUR GOAL: Learn the mid court and net game
1. Basic forehand & backhand slice shots and knock downs
2. Ready Tennis – Tennis fitness and court positioning 101
3. Learn a variety of tempos (-3 +) and develop a game plan
4. Defensive Tennis: Baseline, Service Line and Net (short tempos & long)
5. Shots to learn: Slice shots, poach, volley shot, chip shots and the service game
ADVANCED TENNIS CLINIC (3-4) OUR GOAL: Learn to play strategically
1. Game fixes, Q&A plus putting your shots together and developing a game strategy
2. Developing a solid FiTennis and PsychTennis strategy and routine(s)
3. Shots to learn: Lob shots, overhead smash shots, spins, 3 types of serves and shots
* We will play singles and doubles matches to see where you are, incorporate new shots,
and give you a video-taped playing lesson (You’re CD will be burned\ready in 5 minutes
