it's called "X" for a reason! Stephanie's all about Express Fitness - efficiently getting you into shape, both mentally and physically. Our 10 Step Program will address basic work, stress and flexibility issues while offering a variety of classes to try, such as yoga, pilates, yogalates, Fitboxing with Self Defense, Fitdance, FitBall, FitWalks, FitRuns, FitRope, FitFlex, nutrition, diet, medical and much more.
