XFITNESS CLUB CLASS DESCRIPTIONS

 

xFitness Club 10 Step Program:

Is designed to offer a variety of exercises to try out in a fun, fast-paced group environment. Our 10 Step Program covers you from head to toe, and covers not only workout routines, but diet, medical and other aspects of heath and fitness, giving you a totally comprehensive well being solution.

 

xFitness:

A new, fun and revolutionary way to exercise for those with no real desire or time. Learn how to quickly, but efficiently get a grip on your body, even if is it is only in small servings. 

 

Yoga:

Become lighter, stronger, and more in touch with yourself as you lengthen, strengthen, and tone your body. Our yoga class is unique in that it focuses on YOU – your body, your mind, your practice. Emphasis is placed on listening to your body and doing what feels best for YOU.

 

Pilates:

Core, core, core. What is it? How do you engage it? More importantly, what will engaging your core DO for you? Feel tighter, leaner, stronger, and more stable. Prevent or heal low back aches/injuries, improve posture, and look and feel more put together!

 

Yogalates:

The best of both worlds. Increase flexibility and strengthen your core at the same time. An Xpress combo workout, perfect if you’re in the mood for becoming leaner, stronger, and lighter, all in one hour.

 

FitCardio:

Fun and new ways to get your heart pumping, lose weight, increase stamina, and sweat!  Classes include Aerobics, FitRope, FitWalk, FitRun, FitBiking, FitSwim and other exercises designed to increase your cardio capacity.

 

FitBoxing:

- With urban survival and self Defense.  Learn the three elements of survival in the city…prevention, survival and self-defense. ‘An ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure,’ so we will learn how to avoid becoming a victim.  We will also learn how to survive you are the victim of attack – escape and release, and finally, when all else fells, you will learn basic self-defense moves – offense and defense.  These classes are tempo and music based, fun and exhausting – but muscle building as well.

 

FitDancing:

Learn a variety of dances (HiPopRock), while getting in shape and improving your tempo, rhythm and balance. 
We will learn a little tango, hip-hop, salsa and much more.

 

FitSports:

Yoga, Tennis and Fitness – “game-breaking” - routines customized for tennis players, golfers, runners and other athletes.  Whether you need more flexibility (FitFlex), strength or cardio conditioning, our vertical fitSports clinics and workouts are affordable, effective and game-changing.

FitCamp:

Join us for quarterly boot camps called FITCHIX and FITSTUD.  If you are trying to loose weight and tighten up,
